What exactly is an agent task?
One unit of work the platform completes end to end: reading a document, reconciling a record, or writing a result back to a connected system. A retry caused by our error is never counted.
How is VOLTAX billed?
Monthly in advance on the plan you choose, in US dollars. Annual billing saves two months. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your billing settings, and changes take effect at the next renewal.
What happens if we exceed our task limit?
The workflow keeps running. Overage is billed at the rate on your plan and always shown in the dashboard before it is invoiced, so a busy month never produces a surprise charge.
Do you train models on our data?
No. Your documents and records are used to complete your tasks and for nothing else. They are never used to train shared models, and can be deleted on request at any time.
Which models does VOLTAX use?
We route each step to an appropriate hosted model and record which one ran on every task. Enterprise plans can pin a specific provider or region.
