Terms of Service

1. Who we are

VOLTAX is operated by VOLTAX Retail B.V., Keizersgracht 62, 1015 CS Amsterdam, Netherlands. These terms govern your use of the VOLTAX platform. By subscribing you accept them.

2. The service

VOLTAX provides hosted AI agents that process documents and records you connect, and write results back to systems you authorise. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is delivered over the internet. No software is shipped to you.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans and prices are published on our pricing section and charged in US dollars.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Overage above your plan allowance is billed in arrears at the rate shown in your dashboard.
• Taxes are added where required by law.
• If a payment fails we retry and notify you. Access may be suspended if it stays unpaid.

You can cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refunds and Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of everything you send us. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train shared models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VOLTAX to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else's rights;
• process data you have no right to process;
• generate deceptive material, or impersonate a person or organisation;
• attack, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.

6. Availability and AI output

We aim for high availability and publish an uptime commitment on eligible plans, with service credits if we miss it. AI output can be wrong. The platform is built so that material actions can require human approval, and you are responsible for the approval thresholds you configure and for the decisions you take on its output.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall to the courts of Amsterdam. Contact: support@voltaxstore.com.
