Who is responsible

VOLTAX Retail B.V., Keizersgracht 62, 1015 CS Amsterdam, Netherlands, is the controller for account data, and the processor for the content you put through the platform.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, and billing contact.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We store the invoice record and the last four digits of the instrument, never full card details.
• Customer content: the documents and records your agents process, kept only as long as your retention setting allows.
• Usage data: task counts, timings and error logs, used to run and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill you correctly, keep the platform secure, and support you. Our lawful bases are performance of the contract, our legitimate interest in a secure service, and consent where you have given it for marketing.

Model training

We do not train shared models on your content. Content is sent to hosted model providers only to complete your own tasks, under agreements that prohibit training on it.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: cloud hosting, hosted model providers, payment processing, and error monitoring. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Data is hosted in the EU by default. Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Eligible plans can pin processing to a chosen region.

Retention

Customer content follows the retention window on your plan. Account and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. After termination, exportable data is available for 30 days and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may complain to your supervisory authority. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete. Write to support@voltaxstore.com and we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This marketing site uses only what is needed to serve the pages. The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
