Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Billing settings inside your workspace, or by emailing support@voltaxstore.com. Cancellation is self-service and never requires a phone call or a retention conversation.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. At that point billing stops and the workspace moves to read-only so you can still export your data.

14-day refund on your first payment

If VOLTAX is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. This applies to the first subscription payment on a new account.

Renewal payments

• Monthly plans are not refunded for a period already started, because you keep full access for the rest of it. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Annual plans can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of an annual renewal, we refund that renewal in full. After 30 days we refund the unused whole months on request.

Service failures

If we miss the uptime commitment in your plan, you are entitled to service credits as set out in the Terms. If a defect on our side makes the service unusable for you and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the affected period, whether or not the 14 days have passed.

Overage charges

Overage above your monthly task allowance is shown in your dashboard before it is invoiced. If an overage was caused by a fault in our platform, such as a retry loop we introduced, we remove it from the invoice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your provider. We email confirmation when the refund is issued.
